No! But racism is on the ballot in 2020 in a way unlike any presidential election in decades. Whether our nation will make major strides forward to overcome racism or fall backward is one of the most central political questions voters will decide on November 3.
Thank you for your blog posts. I was happy to read of the name change from “Evangelical” to “Christian.” Thanks to the unChrist-like rhetoric and behavior of “evangelicals,” it’s necessary to separate ourselves in name.
On a separate note, related to this post about the economics of Blacks in America today, I’ve seen the same several reasons given to explain Blacks’ lower net worth, however, there is no mention of the high out-of-wedlock births. Children of single parents (regardless of race) are much more likely to live in poverty, be incarcerated, attempt suicide, not graduate high school, not receive adequate healthcare, and not attend college. This sad reality is more easily addressed than righting the wrongs of slavery, redlining, and GI Bill racism. It is actually an empowering action that each unmarried teen and young adult can take responsibility: Do not have sex unless you’re married. (Obviously, if a female is sexually abused it is not her fault.) Pledge to yourself that you will not continue the legacy of raising children in a single parent home. I understand mass incarceration removes many young Black fathers from their children’s lives, and that must end. In the meantime, each one of us must control what we can; we can exhibit self-control, and we must.
Trump was NOT referring to the Nazis and skin-heads, etc., as "fine people." He was referring to those on both sides of the issue regarding whether the statue should stay or go. He made it clear he was not referring to them. This lie has been repeated too often. Please fact check this.
Another interesting statistic, besides that about 40% abortions are black babies is who actually put more black men in prisons. USA prison populations surged to the highest levels during Bill Clinton years, pushed by bills like the 1994 crime bill Joe Biden pushed. So yes, Trump says racist things, Democrats do racist things that affect blacks directly and destroy their communities. It’s nit to be forgotten blacks vote over 90% democrat and most black neighborhoods and cities are democrat run. Even the high profile murders like that of George Floyd happen in Democrat-run cities. It’s one thing to say you’re nit racist and another to have a pattern where you are the party that fought to keep slavery and us now the one continuing that slavery through filling prisons with blacks so that about 34% of prisoners are black men. Democrats have failed blacks after decades of black support. Democrats have failed to address racism because it goes beyond them. It’s about the greater global forces that use the Democratic Party to keep enslaving blacks physically, mentally and spiritually, while pretending to love them. It’s time to face these realities and do something about it, by breaking the back of the global evil elite once and for all.
Abortions disproportionately kill black babies. Just think of all the black babies killed by white liberal abortionists. It must be millions by now. Note that more whites are killed than blacks by police but it might be disproportionate for blacks since their violent crime rate is also disproportionate.
